Kaleidoscope (originally The Kaleidoscope) was an American psychedelic folk and ethnic band who recorded 4 albums and several singles for Epic Records between 1966 and 1970.(wiki)
In 1976, ex-members Brotman, Crill, Darrow, Feldthouse and Lagos reconvened for the reunion album," When Scopes Collide", which was released on Michael Nesmith’s Pacific Arts label (PAC7-102A). "When Scopes Collide" was a reunion project about six years after the breakup of the band. It reunited most key members that ever played with the band, with the exception of original drummer, John Vidican. Of the twelve cuts on the album, five are originals.
"When Scopes Collide" include one of my favorite versions of "Ghost Riders In The Sky".
This is the 1976 UK Release of the album by Island Records (ILPS 9462-A). I chose three songs from this album, " It's Love You're After", "My Love Comes Softly" and of course "Ghost Riders In The Sky". Enjoy!!!
