The Wild Angels is a 1966 Roger Corman film, made on location in Southern California. The Wild Angels was made three years before Easy Rider and was the first film to associate actor Peter Fonda with Harley-Davidson motorcycles and 1960s counterculture. It was also the film that inspired the outlaw biker film genre that continued into the early 1970s.(wiki)
The Wild Angels was a cheap 1968 road movie directed by Roger Corman and starring Peter Fonda, Nancy Sinatra, Diane Ladd, and Bruce Dern. The album's soundtrack captures the rebellious, devil-may-care attitude of its lead characters through rock & roll, surf rock, and psychedelia. Most of it is performed by Davie Allan And The Arrows, but there are also songs by the Visitors and the Hands of Time.(AllMusic Review by Stephen Thomas Erlewine)
The sountrack released in 1966 by Tower Records (T 5043).From this album i chose two songs from Davie Allan And The Arrows, "Blue's Theme" and "Theme From The WIld Angels" and two songs from The Hands Of Time, "Lonely In The Chapel" and "Midnight Rider". Enjoy!!!
